Bitcoin SV is a "complete scam" says Vitalik Buterin
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has labelled Bitcoin SV nothing but a "complete scam" during a recent interview with for the Great Ave podcast. Being interviewed by YouTuber Hardcore Crypto, he stated that he was in agreement with Binance's decision to delist BSV, however, he did note that this may consider it a centralised body.
He added that Binance's high listing fees and determination of what pairs that will be listed are not a good thing for the entire crypto space, and it shows their power in the bigger picture.
Buterin further stated that BSV is a "pure dumpster of fire", having particular criticism for the 128mb block size, stating it is a "stupid idea", which is difficult to disagree after seeing that BSV often has empty blocks, even where there is space for large transactions.
Vitalik has never been one to shy away from his opinions regarding anything crypto-related, however not many will disagree with his strong views on BSV at this time.
