BNB Technical Analysis - Fundamentals Only Getting Stronger
Ranked 7th by Market Cap, Binance Coin(BNB) has been a goldmine since day one. The biggest cryptocurrency exchange in the world is now worth $4,7 Billion and has delivered more than 9000% return since the launch of the project. While other coins have still a lot of room to grow and reach its ATH, Binance Coin is living its best days by creating new All-Time Highs every month (last ATH being Jun 22, 2019).
Binance platform has been combining finance and binary successfully. The latest announcements made by Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, regarding the launch of crypto futures trading with 20x leverage, are also setting the ground for more bullish momentum. In addition, margin trading will be available from July 11th with futures Testnet coming later in the month, according to Binance’s CEO.
Keeping in mind the previous fundamentals, analysts are paying close attention to BNB price action, as they can certainly affect positively Binance’s revenues.
Now, digging deeper into BNB technical analysis, an interesting daily formation is cautiously being followed by Cryptonary’s team. BNBUSD rejected the $28.98 support level and it's now heading towards next resistance at $35.38. Price action has also formed a descending triangle since June 17th and today’s daily candle seems to be breaking the named pattern. Traders must check today’s closure as a bullish candle closing above the yellow line could certainly bring more upside momentum. If this happens, the next TP is $39.79.
A bearish scenario could also be valid if the price breaks the $28.98 demand zone (highlighted in yellow). BNBUSD can reach the $25.68 level if this setup takes place.
