Decentralized finance analytics company Treehouse announced that it has raised $18 million in seed funding.

The round was led by an "undisclosed major fintech investor" and included participation from Binance, Lightspeed, Wintermute and Jump Capital, as well as Mirana Ventures, MassMutual Ventures, Binance, Global Founders Capital, Moonvault Capital, GSR, K3 Ventures, LeadBlock Partners, Coinhako, Bitpanda and Pintu. The company plans to use the fresh funds to expand its offerings and hire more employees.Dominic Chrumka of Wintermute said, "Wintermute is proud to be supporting Treehouse in their mission to make the management of DeFi portfolios easy and meaningful. Their cross-chain dashboards and comprehensive analytics, especially the ability to track P&L attributed to pools in which you are providing liquidity, are game-changing for the industry."

The analytics platform developed by Treehouse aims to simplify DeFi. With farms, pools and vaults participating in DeFi, capturing transactions across multiple interfaces can be a daunting task, making it difficult for potential users to get started. Treehouse hopes to remedy this by disaggregating portfolios to provide detailed information and historical views. This results in an impressive level of sophistication in visualizing DeFi portfolios and helps users make informed decisions.Since its founding in mid-2021, Treehouse has grown exponentially to over 100 employees and launched Harvest Beta.
