This is very similar to how BTC priced a lot of this due to the speculation in the months ahead of the Bitcoin spot ETFs. We are likely seeing a similar situation playing out with ETH. So, we can take action when the fallout from sell-offs on the majors pulls prices into nice levels like this for ARB.
From a technical standpoint, we have seen a breach of support at 1.90000, where we have actually seen some recent support.
This would scare most buyers into thinking this level has snapped, but we know how manipulation and the markets work. With the alignment of this key diagonal level of support and the underlying 61.8% fib, when taken from the recent scene of the crime to 2.10000, it's pretty strong technically to anticipate a little pump up from here to come up to take out the highs recently printed around 2.1.
ARB can continue this relatively positive run, or maybe up to 2.4000 eventually.

If this sell-off does continue, then great, we can reposition and readjust for a buy at around 1.7000, which we would come at with just as much conviction.
Conservatively, you could wait for a reclaim and retest of the LOI and a daily closure and further signs of demand, allowing the market to show signs of support after this deviation clearly.
Spot buyers can look to continue to DCA and accumulate. ARB has outperformed many expectations, but it does follow ETH a lot based on how it's playing this cycle.
Leveraged players: In the short term, 2.1000 would be the initial take profit or, depending on momentum, we could see the price exceed this and come to the ATHs.
Sell exits (stop loss): scenario 1 invalidation and a reposition would become attractive if the price reached 1.7500. So, for that reason, sell exit or place stop loss at 1.75000; then, it's likely that the price will unfold towards scenario 2, which we can capitalize on.
You decide the approach.
The market has had a little sell-off, so now we are positioning for the next key levels of interest to look to capitalize from.
This opportunity has a clear 2-scenario outcome.
If the first one doesn't play out, shake it off.
You can't and aren't supposed to win them all; just get ready and reposition for scenario 2.
