Ethena achieves this by holding a delta-neutral position on ETH. It shorts ETH on CEXs, collects funding fees, and holds the stETH spot position. The protocol usually makes a profit from this.

Action plan

You will need stablecoins such as USDT and USDC on Ethereum. You can withdraw for CEXs like Binance or Kucoin (Be prepared for Ethereum gas fees).
Go to Ethena and connect your wallet.
