Scroll (+5 tokenless protocols on Scroll)

Scroll is a Layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum that uses innovations in scaling design and zero-knowledge proofs to build a new layer on Ethereum. The project launched its mainnet and has raised $80 million from Series A funding, with notable investors such as Polychain Capital and Sequoia Capital valuing the project at $1.6 billion.

Other L2 scaling solutions such as Arbitrum and Optimism have resulted in 5-6 figure airdrops.

Scroll currently doesn’t have a token, but the team mentioned many times that they have plans to decentralise the network.

And that means that there is an airdrop opportunity there.

Note. It is recommended that the steps be done regularly. Make sure to interact with Scroll at least 1 per month. More volume and more transactions are preferable.

Action plan:

1. Bridge funds
   • Use the official bridge to move funds from Ethereum to Scroll
   •  Alternatively, you can use Orbiter to bridge from other L2s (Arbitrum, Optimism, etc). Orbiter is a cheaper alternative, but using the official bridge at least once is recommended. Orbiter has an ongoing campaign to bridge to Scroll
   • You can also use Polyhedra to bridge from L2s to Scroll
2. Use the Scroll network
   • Go to SyncSwap and connect to Scroll Network. 
   • Swap some ETH to USDC
   • Add liquidity to the ETH-USDC pair
3. Use Ambient Finance
   • Go to Ambient Finance and connect your wallet
   • Swap some ETH to USDC
   • Add liquidity to the ETH-USDC pair
4. Go to ScrollNameServices and buy a domain name. The cost ranges between $10 to $500. 
5. Use LayerBank
   • Go to LayerBank and swap some ETH to USDC
   • Provide your USDC as liquidity
6. Deploy a contract and interact with NFTs
   • Go to Merkly and deploy a contract on the Scroll network. You can also interact with your contract and deploy a contract on zkSync as well.
   • Use Polyhedra and move funds/NFT from Scroll to other L2s or vice versa.

Hyperlane is a groundbreaking interoperability protocol designed to connect different blockchains seamlessly. It acts as a bridge, allowing diverse blockchain networks to communicate without compromising their unique features and security. 

With Hyperlane, developers can build Interchain Applications that abstract away the complexity of interchain interactions and serve users on any connected chain.

The protocol is tokenless and has raised $18.5m. There are rumours that the interoperability sector will be big in airdrops in 2024.

Action plan:

   • Bridge TIA from Cosmos to Manta back and forth (You need to buy TIA from CEXs like Binance and withdraw it to your Cosmos wallet).

Ambit Finance is a new cross-chain DeFi protocol backed by Binance Labs that aims to revolutionise the DeFi space by offering a comprehensive and user-centric platform. The project has raised $4.5 million in funding.

The token has been confirmed, and the actions needed are pretty straightforward.

Here is what to do (Time: 10 mins; Capital: $100-$500).

Action plan:

1. Go to Ambit Finance and connect your wallet (BSC chain)
2. You will need some USDT on the BSC chain. Deposit above $100, better $500.
3. You can deposit other assets as well. E.g., BTCB, BNB
4. Borrow USDT for max qualification (Optional)
5. You can combine farming Ambit with farming Kinza: Deposit BTCB in Kinza, borrow BTCB in Kinza, Supply borrowed BTC to Ambit, Borrow USDT from Ambit, Supply USDT to Kinza.
