Shiba Inu occupies 42% of the top 1000 ETH wallets, lists on Kraken
The Shiba Inu craze isn't dying as whales keep accumulating the meme token. As per data from WhaleStats, the top 1000 Ethereum wallets have added 42% extra SHIB tokens, taking advantage of the recent dips that the crypto market presented to investors. Currently, the number of holders has surpassed the 1,017,229 mark.

The Shiba Inu whales have bought 42% more tokens as per WhaleStats as a single whale by the name "Gimli" bought $1 million worth of SHIB tokens. The continued inflow of cash in the token turned the price action.The data from CoinMarketCap shows that the token is already up by nearly 22% as the trading volumes surged by 283.37% in the last 24 hours. The market cap of the token also rose by 22.75% and stands at $26.4 billion as Shiba Inu dethroned Avalanche (AVAX).
The token is again knocking on the doors of the top 10 cryptocurrencies, aiming to dethrone Dogecoin once again. If the bullish outburst of the SHIB token continues, we might witness the meme coin gain a position once again in the top 10 list.
The average amount of SHIB that whales have accumulated in the past few weeks is now 2.5 billion tokens. Since July, the whale accumulation of SHIB tokens surged by massive numbers. Taking advantage of the dip, a whale bought 850 billion coins worth $36 million on Nov 23.
Kraken listing and Newegg confirmation
Kraken confirmed the listing of Shiba Inu on the cryptocurrency exchange. As per the details, the token was up for grabs starting Tuesday with a minimum deposit of 373,000 SHIB. The platform teased SHIB listing on Nov 1 but said that the process needs "more work." The exchange finally fulfilled its promise a year later.Newegg also took to Twitter that it will be accepting SHIB for payments. The electronics retailer that also deals with PC equipment already accepts BTC, ETH, and DOGE via Bitpay. However, Newegg is yet to reveal details regarding the process.
On the other hand, the Shiba Inu team hired the former Vice President of Technology at Activision as a consultant for a Shiboshi NFT game.
